These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your participation in the monthly prize draw (the Prize Draw) organised by Faster Diagnostics Limited a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 153 96043 having its registered office at 3rd Floor ,86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE  (the Organiser).
 
By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
 

 
Eligibility
1.1. Participation in the Prize Draw is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 25 or older at the time of entry. 
1.2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw: 
a. Employees, contractors, or agents of the Organiser and its affiliated companies; 
b. Immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and members of the household of any individual under Clause 1.2(a). 
1.3. Each person is limited to one entry. Entries made by automated means, bulk entries, or entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

 
How to Enter
2.1. To participate in the Prize Draw, you must complete the Women’s Breast Health Research Survey on a specified social media platform or via a shared link. 
2.2. No purchase is required to enter the Prize Draw.
2.3. This is a monthly prize draw. Each draw opens at 00:00 on the first day of the month and closes at 23:59 on the last day of the month. Entries received after this deadline will be entered into the next month’s draw, if applicable. 

 
The Prize
3.1. Each month the Prize for this Prize Draw is: a £50 Marks and Spencer Voucher. 
3.2. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be offered unless required by law. If a Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, a substitute of equal or greater value will be provided. 

 
Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant month. The draw will take place on or before the 7th day of the following month. 
4.2. Winners will be notified by email within 10 days from the date of the draw. 
4.3. If the Organiser is unable to contact a winner within 7 days of notification the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected in accordance with these Terms.

 
Publicity
5.1. By accepting a Prize, winners consent to the use of their name by the Organiser for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with the Prize Draw, without additional compensation or prior notice, except where prohibited by law. 
5.2. Should they wish to object to any publicity relating to their participation, winners may contact the Organiser at dpo@fasterdiagnostics.com. 

 
Data Protection
6.1. The Organiser will process personal data provided by participants in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 
6.2. Personal data will only be collected and processed for the administration of the Prize Draw, including the selection and notification of winners. The lawful basis for processing participant data is performance of a legal contract. 
6.3. Participants have the right to: 
1.Access their personal data; 
2.Request correction or deletion of their data; and 
3.Restrict or object to data processing.
These rights can be exercised by contacting the Organiser at dpo@fasterdiagnostics.com. 
6.4.All participant data will be securely deleted 12 months after the completion of the Prize Draw unless otherwise required by law. 

 
Disqualification
7.1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: 
1.Breaches these Terms; 
2.Submits incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent entries; or 
3.Attempts to tamper with the entry or winner selection process. 
7.2. Disqualified participants will forfeit any claim to the Prize, and the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

 
Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser accepts no liability for any: 
1.Loss, damage, expense, or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or use of any Prize awarded; 
2.Incomplete or late entries resulting from technical errors; or 
3.Events or circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control. 
8.2. The Organiser does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 
8.3. Nothing in these Terms affects participants statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms and the Prize Draw are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 
9.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Terms or the Prize Draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

 

Miscellaneous

10.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw at any time where reasonably necessary or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
10.2. Any amendments to these Terms will be published at www.fasterdiagnostics.com, and continued participation after such amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes. 
10.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
